Kim Racine, MPAS, PA-C
Kim Racine, MPAS, PA-C is a Northern Colorado native with more than 25 years of experience as a Physician Assistant. She spent the majority of her career practicing Internal Medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in preventive care and long-term patient relationships. She has also worked in Urgent Care, gaining extensive experience treating a wide range of acute medical conditions.
Kim earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and went on to complete her Physician Assistant training at the University of Iowa College of Medicine.
Throughout her career, Kim recognized that traditional healthcare often focuses on reacting to illness rather than preventing it. With a desire to create a more personalized and proactive approach to patient care, she co-founded AesthetiKa Wellness and Med Spa with fellow Physician Assistant Karolyn Martinkus. Together, they built AesthetiKa on the belief that medicine should be better—focused on individualized care, prevention, and helping patients look and feel their best, rather than relying on a reactive, one-size-fits-all approach.
Kim is passionate about helping patients optimize their health, confidence, and overall well-being through thoughtful, patient-centered care.
Outside of work, Kim is a proud mother of two adult children. When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
