Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- I understand that AesthetiKa Wellness & Med Spa allocates dedicated time for each patient to provide precision-based, personalized care.
- A minimum of 36 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made within 36 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment, will result in a $100 cancellation fee, which is my responsibility and not billable to insurance.
