With more than 17 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, Karolyn Martinkus brings a wealth of medical expertise and a passion for patient-centered care to AesthetiKa Wellness & Med Spa. Her background includes extensive experience in bariatric surgery, orthopedic surgery, and urgent care, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of health across all stages of life.

Karolyn discovered her true calling in preventative and forward-thinking medicine, where she focuses on hormone health, weight management, and overall wellness. She believes in empowering patients to take control of their health not just to live longer, but to live better. Her approach centers on optimizing quality of life, helping each patient feel strong, healthy, and confident from the inside out.

A Windsor native and proud Windsor High School graduate, Karolyn earned her Physician Assistant degree from Seton Hill University in Pennsylvania. She is married and the proud mother of a 15-year-old son. Outside of the clinic, Karolyn enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in the beautiful Northern Colorado community she’s always called home.
